⎯⎯ HIS STORY

The gym taught him everything. Life tested it all.

Eric built EVF Performance in NYC and grew Row House into a global franchise. Along the way he learned that fitness isn't just about the body — it's about what you're willing to do when things get hard.

When he was diagnosed with Parkinson's, he didn't retreat. He trained harder, thought deeper, and started helping others face their own hardest days.

His coaching isn't about routines. It starts with one question: What is the truth that, once you see it, changes everything?

"I've had Parkinson's. I've built and sold companies. I've been humbled by the first rep on a hard morning. All of it makes me a better coach."

"One of the most significant impacts of working with Eric has been the shift in mindset. He emphasizes what is possible through structure and discipline, helping to replace uncertainty with a clear, actionable roadmap."

The Power of Mindset

"Working with Eric was a turning point for me. He has a way of meeting you exactly where you are—and helping you see what’s still possible from there.

His coaching is steady, thoughtful, and grounded in real understanding. You don’t feel pushed—you feel supported, capable, and stronger than you thought you were. He creates space for you to grow into the work, and in that space, something shifts—not just physically, but mentally.

You begin to trust yourself again.

What stands out most is how he builds confidence through action. Step by step, he helps you reconnect with your strength and realize you’re not doing it alone.

Eric doesn’t just build stronger bodies—he helps build belief, consistency, and a renewed sense of what’s possible."

"I first met Eric in the early 2000s when he was one of the most sought-after trainers in New York City. Nearly 20 years later, life brought us back together under unexpected circumstances — we'd both been diagnosed with Parkinson's. I was hesitant to reach out, not feeling ready to share my diagnosis. But Eric met me with compassion and genuine care. He connected me with professionals, introduced me to a supportive community, and offered guidance that truly changed my life. Less than a year after my diagnosis, I feel stronger, more positive, and more empowered than I ever expected. His support has made all the difference."
